This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) when you use ntde.com.sg or contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
1. Personal data we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email address and postal code.
- Job details: the service you need, site address, descriptions, photos or videos of the issue, and quotation or invoice records.
- Website data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and similar technical data collected through cookies and analytics tools.
2. How we use your personal data
- To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations or cost estimates.
- To schedule site inspections, carry out works and provide warranty support.
- To issue invoices, receive payment and keep business records required by law.
- To improve our website and services.
- To send you service updates or promotions, only where you have agreed to receive them.
3. Consent
By submitting the quote form, calling, WhatsApping or emailing us, you consent to us collecting, using and disclosing your personal data for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us (see section 9). If you withdraw, we may not be able to continue providing some services.
4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed to deliver our services or comply with the law, including with:
- Our technicians, Licensed Electrical Workers and subcontractors assigned to your job.
- Authorities and building managers where approvals are needed (e.g. EMA, PUB, HDB, BCA or your MCST).
- Service providers that support our business, such as website hosting, email, messaging (WhatsApp / Meta), analytics and accounting providers.
- Government or regulatory bodies where required by law.
5. Transfers outside Singapore
Some service providers (for example messaging, email or analytics platforms) may store data outside Singapore. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data receives protection comparable to the PDPA.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, measure traffic and improve performance. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some site features may not work properly if you do.
7. Protection and retention
We use reasonable administrative, physical and technical safeguards to protect your personal data. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for, or as required for legal, accounting and warranty purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

You may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, or to correct any errors, by contacting us. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and may charge a reasonable fee for access requests as allowed under the PDPA.
